HLAʼs John Hardwick directs the new promo for Jake Bugg release ‘Seen it All’. In this wonderful short narrative, featuring a dark and gritty performance from talented British actor Michael Socha, we follow a day’s activity in the life of our hero as he slowly comes to realise that something is very different from usual, with all revealed as the video closes out.
ʻSeen It Allʼ was shot in various locations around Glasgow, by legendary DoP Danny Cohen (Les Misérables, The King’s Speech) and graded by Rushes Simone Grattarola. It is reminiscent of some of Johnʼs famous videos for Blur and Travis and comes as he prepares for the release of his new British comedy, ʻSvengaliʼ.
