Lashings of Festive Cheer at Rushes!
15th Dec 2008: 'Tis the season to be jolly and we celebrated in style last week at our now legendary Christmas get togethers, not once but twice!!!
On Wednesday and Thursday evening last week, friends old and new joined us for much merriment on our wintery (and warm!) roof terrace wonderland.
The lights spakled, the tinsel twinkled and the mistletoe was hung round the marquee with care, in the hope that our clients soon would be there ... and they were, to enjoy the carol singers who entertained with a fantastic selection of festive favourites including 'O Come All Ye Faithful' and 'Winter Wonderland'.
The choir sang with the voices of angels and we all joined in for a sing-song and a ding-dong-merrily-on-high! We're feeling all warm and fuzzy now from those wonderful canapes, mince pies and of course, the mulled wine. It was fantastic to see everyone again!
We certainly enjoyed ourselves and hope you did too, so from everyone at Rushes ... let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!
